Virtual Advising allows students to speak one-on-one with a professional advisor to explore academic options and opportunities.

Regular office hours for Student Services

Tuesday – Thursday	9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday	9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Note: Campus Information Desks will assist walk-in visitors between 12:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Fridays and direct them to the appropriate staff as needed.

Live Chat

Select the "Live Chat Online" button below to get real-time help, useful links, and personalized academic advising from 91�Թ� Academic Advisors for course selection and degree planning. You can even save the chat transcript to refer to later. Enter your seven-digit student ID number when you log in for faster service.

The Virtual Lobby

Select Enter the Virtual Lobby each time you want to join for academic advising assistance. When it’s your turn, you’ll receive a text or phone call with instructions to call in or join via Zoom. Academic advising is available during all lobby hours.

Note: Dual Enrollment, Student Records, and Career Services are only available during the times listed below.

Current High School Student

Dual Enrollment lets eligible high school students take college courses before graduating. Learn more about Dual Enrollment eligibility and registration steps. Enrollment steps vary by course location.

Dual Enrollment Hours: Weekdays, 2:00–4:00 p.m. and Mondays, 5:00–7:00 p.m.

Student Records

Need help with in-state tuition, name changes, or other student record issues? Staff are available in the Virtual Lobby on Mondays, 5:00–7:00 p.m.

Current ADVANCE Students

An ADVANCE team member is available to answer quick questions on Tuesdays, 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Career Services

Plan your career with 91�Թ�’s Career Services team. Services include assessments, occupational information, salary trends, goal setting, and job resources. Available on Mondays, 5:00–7:00 p.m.

Virtual Advising Services

Review and interpret Advisement Reports

Virtual Advising Does Not:

Enroll students who are on academic probation in classes. You must contact your Academic Success counselor or attend a PASS group session. Additional information is located at Academic Success Counseling.
Receive academic suspension and dismissal appeals. Please see Academic Standing policy and go to Academic Success Counseling for information.
Verify receipt of transcripts or forms by campus offices
Process Financial Aid or Verify receipt of financial aid documents - please call 855-323-3199 for assistance

Provide specialized counseling for students seeking accommodation for disabilities
