MTH 245聽-聽Statistics I (3 CR.)
Presents an overview of statistics, including descriptive statistics, elementary probability, probability distributions, estimation, hypothesis testing, correlation, and linear regression. Part I of a two semester sequence.聽This is a Passport and UCGS Transfer course. Lecture 3 hours. Total 3 hours per week.
Prerequisite(s): Completion of MTH 154 ,听MTH 161 聽or equivalent聽with a grade of C or better.
